I am originally from Culbertson, NE which is in southwest Nebraska near McCook. I went to McCook Community College for 2 years before transferring and graduating from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. After graduation I was hired to teach art in Atchison, Kansas and taught middle school art, coached basketball for 6 years before moving to Friend to be the art teacher. I also coach boys varsity basketball and boys/girls golf and assistant high school football. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife Erika, and sons Grady and Nash. When I am not spending time with them you can find me in the outdoors enjoying hunting, fishing, golfing, and finding any reason to not be inside.
