· Student is well-rounded in all FHS programs.

o   Holds a C+ (84%) average or above.

o   Is active in various school activities such as speech, drama, vocal, band, sports, Student Council, class officer, dance team, yearbook staff, etc.

o   Need not have had high honors in these extra-curricular activities but to have taken part and contributed to the Friend community.

· Student holds a strong work ethic.

· Evaluation form completed and submitted.
